We stand behind every SYMBOM device. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Return window: within 30 days of delivery
Condition: unused / uninstalled, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
To request a return, email us at info@symbom.com with:

Return shipping:

If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.

If the item is defective or wrong, we cover return shipping (see “Defective / Wrong Item”).
Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing depending on your bank/card provider.
Defective / Wrong Item
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

Return Address
To prevent lost packages, please do not send returns without approval.
After your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Note: Return addresses may vary by product and destination country/region.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:

Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, or tampering

Missing parts/accessories or damaged packaging beyond reasonable handling

Clearance / final-sale items (if clearly marked)
Warranty
Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Hardware faults under normal use
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or improper installation

Water damage (unless the product is explicitly rated waterproof)

Unauthorized repair or modification

Wear-and-tear consumables (e.g., adhesive pads, accessories) where applicable
How to claim warranty service:
Email info@symbom.com with your order number, product name/SKU, and a short description of the issue (photos/videos help). We’ll guide you through troubleshooting and next steps.
